Payment and Subscription Terms
Subscription Services
Omniaseo offers various subscription plans for our Services. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments are due on a recurring basis, as specified in your service plan.
Payment Processing
We rely on Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to bill you through a payment account linked to your Omniaseo account. You hereby authorize us to charge you for such amounts on a regular basis as specified in your subscription terms.
Renewals and Cancellations
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy. If you believe that Omniaseo has charged you in error, you must contact us within 7 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 7 days old.
Upgrades and Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your service plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, your payment method will be charged the pro-rated difference for the current billing cycle. Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Use of the Services
Omniaseo provides various tools, including:

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Our automation engine, Flow, embodies the adaptability and ingenuity of n8n, reflecting our dedication to open-source principles. While we customize our tools to fit our users’ unique needs, we maintain the essence of shared innovation that is central to the open-source ethos.

With Prysmbot, a tool that enhances social engagement, we have built upon the base provided by Typebot. We celebrate this origin by ensuring that a link to the original Typebot project is prominently displayed, upholding our promise of transparency and acknowledgment.
Legal and Ethical Adherence
Each of these tools, while tailored by Omniaseo, remains true to their open-source roots. We fulfill our obligations under their respective licenses, notably the AGPL-3.0-or-later, which mandates that our modifications are available for public use, review, and further enhancement.
By integrating these acknowledgments throughout our Terms of Service and other public-facing materials, we aim to subtly inform our user base and the public of our use of open-source software, without overtly advertising the breadth of tools utilized in our platform. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Santa Catarina – Brasil applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State/Commonwealth of Santa Catarina – Brasil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms (each a “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least [number of days] days before initiating arbitration.
Limitations of Liability
