By creating an account or using any Omniaseo functionality, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description and Tools

Omniaseo is an integrated platform that provides five main tools and features:

• Omniaseo Chat: Third-party technology-based messaging and service solution for omnichannel chat.
• Evolution API: Official integration with messaging channels (including WhatsApp) and other external solutions.
• Nano: Secure and scalable data storage solution.
• PrysmBot: Tool for creating chatbots and intelligent forms.
• Flow: Automated workflow feature for integrations and process orchestration.

Third-Party Credits

Omniaseo may use third-party components and APIs, distributed under their own licenses. By using the Platform, you are also subject to these third-party terms and licenses, where applicable.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• Minimum Age: To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country).
• Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (email, full name, etc.).
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your access credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

4. Plans and Payments

• Subscription Types: We offer free (trial) and paid plans with different features and limits.
• Billing Cycles: Subscription may be billed monthly or annually, as contracted.
• Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation and refund policies may vary according to the chosen plan.

5. Proper Use and Restrictions

• Legality: You may not use Omniaseo for illegal purposes or that violate third-party rights.
• Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to distribute malware, send spam, or practice reverse engineering on the Platform's codes and its integrations.
• AI and Automation Usage: The Platform allows integrations with Artificial Intelligence features. You agree not to use such features for purposes that violate privacy, promote hate speech, or any illegal practice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Omniaseo Rights: All original Omniaseo trademarks, logos, design, and functionalities are the exclusive property of Omniaseo.
• User Content: By submitting or hosting content on the Platform, you declare that you possess all necessary rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". While we strive for high quality and availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omniaseo, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our interests or those of other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country or jurisdiction where Omniaseo is incorporated, respecting consumer protection and privacy legislation in each region.
